Adding a POV and an Extra Three Pounds

On writing:

Decided to add a second POV character to THE GLASS MAGICIAN, which will solve a lot of problems with the book. I really think this will only help me (though it will be strange to write from the male protagonist's head!)

On baby:

He/she is the size of an APPLE and weighs 2.5 ounces. :D

I've gained three pounds.

  1. Always do what is best for your novel. Glad The Glass Magician is moving along and can't wait for The Paper Magician to get published. The baby is growing and I'm glad your pregnancy is going well.

  3. Read what Stephanie Meyer did in her last twilight book with Jacob's pov and make sure you do none of that :) I'm sure Jordan's manly advice will come in handy!

  4. Adding a second POV sounds like it could be time consuming. Still, if it's right thing to do it's worth it, and I'm sure it will be amazing!

  5. The size of an apple! Sounds like you've been busy.

Good luck with the POVs. It can be tricky to keep the voices distinct.

  8. That is cool, ours is the size of a lime. We just heard the heartbeat. I love that part.

Adding a second PoV can for sure expand on your story.
